Who runs this site
This site is currently run by a private individual, the creator of KeepMyChat. Contact: info@keepmychat.app.
Your files and conversations
Opened files, the backup key, voice recordings, transcripts, translations and generated documents are processed only in your browser. They are not sent to our servers or anyone else's.
Data on your device
The app may save your progress (marks, transcripts, comments) in your browser's storage so you can continue later. This data stays on your device; clear this site's data in your browser to delete it. Work files and case packages (.chatcase) are kept wherever you save them.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies. We see only aggregate numbers: visits, pages, countries and device types. We don't identify individual visitors.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any server, it may briefly process technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and operation.
External libraries
Speech recognition and fallback translation models are downloaded from jsDelivr and Hugging Face. These services see your IP address but not your files or text. Chrome's built-in translator runs on your device.
Cookies
We don't use cookies.
Your rights
Since we never receive your conversations, there is nothing for us to delete or hand over. For questions write to info@keepmychat.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
